Thunder Inspection Team is not the fastest inspection company in town. We never intended to be. Your satisfaction is our priority and by taking the time to perform the most thorough inspection possible we protect your interests and ensure a more accurate report on the condition of your new home. For this reason the Thunder Inspection Team schedules a maximum of only two inspections per day, per inspector; many other companies schedule as many as three to five! We take the time to answer your questions and make sure that you have a reasonably good understanding of the condition of the home, before you spend a lot of money. Eminently Qualified All inspectors are required to be certified by the State. There are about 1,400 State Certified inspectors in Arizona. Of these, only 190 are FULLY certified Members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). ASHI inspectors have met the rigorous requirements and professional experience for this national membership. All of our inspectors are fully certified State and ASHI inspectors.
